Acts of Kindness

It is my hope that the examples of kindness on this page inspire you to add more of it to the world and gives you some faith in humanity. If we all practiced kindness on a daily basis, maybe there would be less followers. By followers, I mean those who protect the system and the elite, especially the police and military. Maybe less would join the military in order to feel "glorified or heroic" or for a sense of belonging and maybe less cops would be so angry if they were treated with love and kindness. For this reason, I put this page under the category of Activism.

One way to lessen darkness and evil in this world is to add more light and goodness and kindness inspires goodness.. Think of how much we could heal the world if we all made a conscious effort to be kind every chance we get and all the recipients of our kindnesses pay it forward.
