The ability to use weather warfare to flood an area existed and was successfully deployed as early as 1966 in Vietnam. This operation was known as Operation Popeye (as you'll see from a screen capture of and link to the military document entitled, "Weather as a Force Multiplier; Owning the Weather in 2025"). It is quite strange and "coincidental" that a good portion of the west coast and many other countries were on fire while the east coast was under water and now farmland and other countries are suffering massive flooding to where a lot of land now looks like a lake. Flooding is not caused only by sudden massive rain, but also by the releasing of dams (examples on this page). And as with almost all disasters these days, the news keeps crying "climate change" to drive home the idea that global warming (er, I mean climate change) is a real danger that we need to take measures to curtail. One measure that the United Nations proposes is that we live in smart cities contained within megaregions (map below) and that the rest of the land should be turned into no people zones or green zones (Wildlands Project). Flooding and burning people out of their homes is a way to accomplish this. Don't be surprised if you start hearing about turning some of these areas "green" Depopulation is also an apparent purpose as farmland is being destroyed and will cause massive food shortage and the disasters themselves cause many deaths and loss of homes and jobs.
